26,000 sq.ft warehouse and head office designed and built for Hyco Manufacturing on a pre-let basis and completed in May 2011. The specification includes 5,000sq.ft of high quality office space, extensive air conditioning package, high eaves height and a dock leveler. The scheme was undertaken with a further 9.500 sq.ft of speculative space built at the same time.
9,000sq.ft bespoke hire office and commercial vehicle workshop designed and built for Petit Forrestier and completed in February 2010.
27,500 sq.ft Data Centre for Node 4 Ltd completed June 2009. The building includes four climate conditioned rooms for computer racks, very high spec office module and a remote building to house four standby generators completed in May 2009.
14,500 sq.ft regional depot for national hire company including extensive offices and training facilities completed in December 2008.
New 12,000 sq.ft property for Roberts Graphics completed in November 2008.

California Drive is a development of an

Court is a development of seven new industrial/warehouse units totalling
50,000 sq. ft. in a range of sizes from 3,000 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft.
