Park on Wakefield Europort
Our Normandy Park development
is spread over a 9.5 acre site at the heart of Wakefield
Europort. This proven commercial location has become the
largest and most successful industrial and distribution park
in the greater Leeds area.

Phase 1 consists of five new detached,
self-contained industrial units with private secure yard areas from 10,750 sq.
ft. to 16,077 sq. ft as shown above.
The units will be built to the very latest
specifications with fully finished ground floor office areas and first floor
storage areas suitable for easy conversion to additional offices at a later
stage.
Phase 2 consists of a proposed single unit
of up to 55,000 sq. ft. The unit will be 10.6 metres to the eaves and will have
ground level access doors and dock levellers. A fully finished office unit of up
to 5,000 sq. ft. will be incorporated into the building.
